This notice explains how NEIKLO LDN Company, operated by Cristian Braicu, sole trader, handles personal data. Contact: privateoperations@neiklo.com.
1. Data controller
Cristian Braicu, trading as NEIKLO LDN Company, is the controller for personal data collected through neiklo.com, except where a third-party provider acts as an independent controller.
2. Information collected
We may collect account details such as username, name and email; membership and order records; division clearance and access history; messages and inquiry details; newsletter preferences; and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, timestamps, security logs and cookie identifiers.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by providers such as PayPal and WooCommerce integrations. We generally receive transaction identifiers, status, amount and limited payer details, but do not store full PayPal credentials or complete card information.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create and secure accounts; perform membership and purchase contracts; provide division access and digital content; process payments, cancellations and support; send service and welcome messages; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain records required by law; improve the service; and send optional marketing where consent or another lawful basis applies.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting and infrastructure providers, WordPress and WooCommerce service components, payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics and security providers, professional advisers, or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies for login, security, shopping cart and account functions, plus optional analytics or marketing technologies where permitted. Available cookie controls and the consent banner can be used to manage non-essential cookies.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections will be used.
8. Retention
Account data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction and tax records are retained as legally required. Security logs, inquiries and marketing records are retained only as long as necessary for their stated purpose, legal claims or compliance.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent without affecting prior processing; and complain to your competent data protection authority. Some requests may be limited by legal retention duties or the rights of others.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is completely risk-free, so you should use a unique password and protect your credentials.
11. Children
NEIKLO memberships and commercial services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for membership purchases.
