This Refund Policy applies to purchases from NEIKLO LDN Company, operated by Cristian Braicu, sole trader. Contact: privateoperations@neiklo.com.
1. Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are an eligible consumer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of conclusion. To exercise that right, email us with your name, account email, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
2. Immediate digital access
Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content or performance of a digital service during the withdrawal period, and acknowledge the legal consequences, your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once supply begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will not treat that exception as applying unless the required consent and acknowledgement were obtained.
3. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time to prevent future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a billing period already supplied.
4. Refund eligibility
We will provide refunds where required by law and will investigate requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, material failure to supply purchased access, or digital content that is faulty or materially not as described.
5. Change-of-mind requests
Outside an applicable statutory withdrawal period, completed billing periods and digital access already supplied are generally non-refundable. We may make a discretionary exception where fair and reasonable. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Payment providers and banks control final processing times. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the transaction.
7. Marketplace and personalized work
Separate terms may apply to physical products, standalone marketplace items or personalized Operation Private Hike work. Any additional conditions will be disclosed before purchase and will not reduce mandatory legal rights.
