1. Operator
NEIKLO LDN Company is operated by Cristian Braicu, sole trader (“NEIKLO”, “we”, “us”). Contact: privateoperations@neiklo.com.
2. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to neiklo.com, NEIKLO Private Operations memberships, digital operation files, fictional stories, community features, jobs, marketplace listings and related services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
3. Age and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of your access credentials and activity under your account.
4. Fictional project
NEIKLO is a fictional transmedia and creative membership project. “Back to the Meta”, its characters, operations and transmissions are fictional. The LDN Blacklist is a form of community recognition highlighting leading users and story participants. It does not allege criminality or real-world wrongdoing.
5. Memberships and clearance
Ground Zero, Private Ops and Special Ops are recurring monthly memberships. Access, files and benefits depend on the active clearance purchased. Ghost Division is invitation only. Membership content may evolve, but the essential nature and advertised price of an active plan will not be changed without appropriate notice.
6. Payments and renewal
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans renew automatically through the payment provider until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation does not remove statutory rights.
7. Permitted use
Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share restricted files, credentials or paid content; interfere with the site; impersonate another person; misuse community features; or use NEIKLO materials unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, NEIKLO branding, designs, stories, characters, operation files and original digital materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the supplied material.
9. Marketplace and external opportunities
Jobs, products, NFT references, crypto-related information and third-party links may be informational or fictional unless clearly presented as a real offer. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or employment advice. Verify third-party terms before acting.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy. Rights accrued before termination remain unaffected.
11. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or mandatory consumer protections.
12. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain in force. These Terms and the Refund Policy do not replace or reduce those rights.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account email and will apply prospectively.
14. Governing rules and contact
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the trader’s place of establishment, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Questions or notices should be sent to privateoperations@neiklo.com.
